Main protagonist of the Half-Life franchise. Black Mesa Research Facility. The research facility located in New Mexico where Gordon Freeman works. An aquatic alien from Xen. A backpack-mounted gun with a handheld emitter that shoots a destructive beam, vaporizing anything it touches.

You wake up in a lab where you meet some fellow scientists saying something about aliens attacking Black Mesa and are given a crowbar and a pistol. You see some headcrabs outside and attack them.You then are attacked by some HECU soldiers. You kill them with the help of a security guard.

You kill more aliens and soldiers and find an experimental weapon called the Tau Cannon. Later, you are led to a safe area by a scientist who gives you the experimental Gluon Gun. After running to the Lambda Complex to help Gordon Freeman you encounter a team of Grunts. You kill them and run to the Lambda Complex but are teleported away by a resonance cascade energy blast.You awake on an asteroid with many aliens on it. You kill them but are teleported to another asteroid. On this one you have to jump onto floating asteroid platforms to reach the exit portal. After entering the portal you have to kill a Gargantua using some of the weapons you found.

You find another weapon called the Shock Roach. Then you must kill another boss, a large alien with a scorpion-like tail that shoots resonance energy. Once he is killed, you teleport back to Black Mesa.Once you are at Black Mesa, you must kill more soldiers and aliens and make your way out of the facility. You make it outside and travel to the Anti-Mass Spectrometer lab to kill the Xen Guardian, an alien Gargantua who has super-powered hivehands.

Once he is killed you must make it out before the facility explodes. You don't make it out but are saved by another resonance blast. You then appear in a lab with the G-Man who says that you have done a great part in saving the world but also says that your services are no longer required and are killed in an explosion as the G-Man says: 'I sincerely hope this won't upset you Dr. Weapons. Crowbar. Pipe Wrench. USP.45.
